Florida Bucketlist Road Trip #3: Tampa & Indian Rocks Beach

Did I mention that July was get-the-hell-out-of-town-month?  A few weekends back J and I continued to make big strike-outs through our bucketlist by spending the weekend on the Florida Gulf in Tampa and Indian Rocks Beach.  All in all it was a gorgeous weekend of awesome together time, good food, sun, sand and a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game against the Red Socks at Tropicana Field.

The beach was sooooooo beautiful, we could have stayed there all day.  At the beach we found a sandbar and played frisbee in the water for a couple of hours.  After the beach, I took J to the holy land of frozen yogurt to cool off with a yummy cup of tastiness at Yogurtology.  We finished the day with a trip to the Trop to take in our first pro baseball game in a while, which was super fun.

Spending our July weekends on the go has been so amazing.  Enjoy the pics!

Please mama and daddy don't goooooooooooooo without me

GO DODGERS.  Oh wait, I mean Rays.

This is what we had to say about all the red necks and all the red shirts

When in St. Petersburg, one must visit Yogurtology... even if it takes 40 minutes to get there. WORTH IT.

A PORTION of the never ending toppings

Why yes those are cream puffs in my fro yo cup

He was glad we drove 40 minutes for fro yo :)

I LOVE yogurtology. The beach looks great and so does the Tropicana.
Poor Teeney though, he looks lonely.... he wanted some fro-yo too. I have to come visit him.
