We're Official!

Two and a half months after our wedding day, the great state of California finally sent us some proof that we are truly husband and wife! We were a little excited.


I know we're corny, but here we are outside the Social Security Administration after we officially changed our names! Did I mention we were excited?

Reason #3 to Visit Orlando

TRIVIA NIGHT! That's right, Central Florida has an abundance of locations where you can partake in two of the Ford's favorite activities: drinking and being smart.

This weekend, we went out with our besties for a round or two and had a grand old time. Last time we played J and I came in dead last, but this time we were fourth out of about 15 teams. Not too shabby!

Erik has the technology and current events, Lindz is science, J is all about sports and history and I am the arts and culture girl. Together... we are the dream team.

Well, we are possibly missing someone with a dirth of random outer space and political knowledge so if you fit the bill, come on out! There's always room for one more. Unless you smell...

Ok. Let me just start by stating the obvious... If Diane Von Furstenburg designed it, I probably covet it pretty hard. Therefore, without further ado... the newest addition to my lust list: A DVF designed canvas Kindle cover (go ahead, say that 5 times fast).

Yes, I would much rather own an iPad, but Im not too sure DVF makes cute covers for those so....

There are 4 snappy designs and each one is cuter than the next with her signature (and this season's very hot) African inspired patterns. Gives a whole new definition to geek chic, if you ask me.
