Prayers for Katie and Steve

My friend Katie and her husband Steve were, unfortunately, evacuated from their new Reno home late last night due to a growing wildfire. While they are now safe with their pets far from the blaze, they are are not sure if their house will make it while most of their neighborhood has burned. They could really use your prayers.


My friends are San Diego natives who recently moved to Reno and have just started to set up their lives in their new home town. They have not heard news of their home yet so there is still hope that theirs is still standing. Besides this fire, Katie has also had a rough year medically. Please send them your best!

UPDATE: Thank you so much for your well wishes. Their home completely survived the fire. Whew!
