For a bit more of a grown up taste, hows about a nice bowl full of Jeni’s Kona Stout Ice Cream($48 for four)? If that doesn't suit your fancy, the independent ice cream company offers many more intriguing flavors AND they have a pretty kick butt blog for your perusal.
What's the wackiest ice cream flavor you've ever tried? For me, growing up in LA meant summers spent eating rose ice cream in Venice... The smell of roses still brings the taste of childhood back for me.

Ha! We just found a popsicle shop here in Nashville called Las Paletas that has kooky flavors but dee-licious whole fruit sicles. How about a corn flavored popsicle? Or hibiscus? or chili lime? Mmmmm.
Course, they have yummy normal flavors too.
My man would LOVE beer ice cream! Too bad it's so far away...
I'm not much of a wacky ice cream flavour tryer - I love the classic Peanut Butter Chocolate and Maple Walnut. Yum!

Shells - remember we were going to have crazy Paletas-type popsicles for our wedding? That sounds delicious.
Lenore - HA! I think its too funny that you called Maple Walnut "classic" maybe for you Canucks! ;) That does sound greeeeat though.
Beer Sorbet!?! I am totally telling my hubby about this!
Thanks for popping over to my blog - have been perusing yours too and LOVE it! Great to learn from others who have just been through the wedding planning process!!! :) xo
I'm definitely going to check out this beer sorbet! The most adventurous ice cream I've had is avocado, it was pretty good.
